Practical information

Practical information to Conference Delegates who have registered to attend the NorWiP/GenDADA Conference taking place in Uppsala 17-19th Sept.

On our website there is also useful information about transports between Arlanda Airport and Uppsala, how to get to the conference venue, time and venue for the welcome reception and conference dinner, a downloadable and printable delegate list and other practical information.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The Conference Secretariat and Registration Desk is located in the foyer near the Siegbahn Hall and will be staffed all the time to answer delegates’ questions or take care of late registrations. Registration will open on Wednesday 17th at 09.00 am and will run until 10.00 am.
When you register you will be given your name-plate and a conference kit including, e.g., lunch tickets and, if booked, dinner ticket/s, conference materials, a good map of Uppsala, guest user account to the university computer network etc.

INTERNET ACCESS
All delegates from outside of Uppsala University will receive a guest user account upon registration. Delegates with wireless enabled laptops wishing to access the internet can thereby use their obtained guest identity to login.
